What year/size is my car and engine?

engine #: 8685158
chassis #: 195389250

I know that the engine is not original to the car. I believe the car to be a '65 and the engine to be a '64 1200cc, but am not sure. Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks

Car is a 65
original engine numbers have a letter prefix, yours looks like a new case with police or rta number

65 aussie built and probably the original engine.
If its not its from a bug built around the same time
Should be a fresh air 40hp 1200 but could have been rebuilt as anything by now.
