Aren't they both too tall for a bug?

You'll be more able to find a 185/70 than the 75 profile

they are only for the rear of My 68 beetle
its semi auto with 3.75 differential...

I did have larger tyres on the back at one time

tyres were 205 ?? 15... on different rims..

My rear is still standard and is up high so would fit a larger tyre..

front is Ok with 165 80 15

Rang local tyre service and She said where did You get those sizes from??? lol

try 205/70; that should be about the same as the sizes you've mentioned and it is a size that a tyre dealer should know

Michelin does a 205/70 in their XM2 range that I know of

My local Bob Jane managed to find me some odd size tyres. Nankang 145/80R15 they also had a range of 175 & 185 tyres available via special order.

What my garage isn't messy........Well chaos is a form of order isn't it?
