Engine builder SA (stroker)
Getting a bit ahead of myself here but always godd to be ahead i spose.
Im just after an engine builder in SA that could build a strong 2110 or a bit bigger to fit in an oval i am soon to aquire.
I know i could get one crated from another state but i would prefer that the builder tuned and installed the engine to avoid the old "Na the bloke
that fitted ittuned it stuffed up".
Any help would be greaty thanks

Send Debiasi4 a PM (Adam Debiasi). His dad may be interested in building you an engine for you or discuss an engine como with you.
He works from home in the Adelaide Hills now and no longer runs a workshop. My wifes 70 beetle runs a 1916 built by Peter Debiasi running a block and
cnc ported heads supplied by Rod Penrose. Its a grunty little combo that we are very happy with.
Weather you go 1916 or stroker you will need to have the carbys (IDFs/IDAs or whatever..) jetted anyway so more than likey you will need to visit a
tuner rather than an engine builder at some stage..

Thanks mate i have been trying to get a hold of Deiasi at the workshop that explains the phone being cut off.
Yeah i gathered a trip to a dyno would be needed but would be good to have the builder in the same state
Cheers for the help

A good engine builder doesnt need a Dyno as he will tune the carbies to suit the engine, good builders know what they are doing.
A good builder will ask you what you want out of the engine, will fit it and also tune it so your happy.

If you invest in a expensive engine it is a good reson to put it on the dyno to fine tune the combination, no engine builder no matter how good they
are can take into account all the small difference's in each build, my 2276 is running fantasticly but will get a vist to the dyno to check on my
choice of jetting and curve the distribuator to suit the engines characteristic.
