Any one looking for an early Cabrio


This factory cabrio was one of the early ones produced around 1946 by the British.

Guess there are not many of these around these days.

That looks like it might have been in house and not through Karmann. Can you imagine the heart attack the registration bodies would have now with those overriders:lol:

It does look elegant with the old fashioned frame for the roof and 1 piece side window. I am glad they brought out the version we all know and love though.
