Rough blend with a coarse sanding roll:

Then a finer one:

http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n216/dangerous_05/IMG_3711.jpg

Then start roughing out the back:

http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n216/dangerous_05/IMG_3712.jpg

And then using a radius on a form tool:

Turn it around and bore a recess for a press fit of 60mm tube,
and trim with a nice chamfer:

http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n216/dangerous_05/IMG_3714.jpg

Then flip it back around and do the lip:

http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n216/dangerous_05/IMG_3715.jpg

And then shine it up a little with some fine tape:

Yes three more to go!
They will be all the same.
Although it is probably unneccesary, when you see what uglies are hidden by the air cleaners currently.

Stickers are only small, about 10" long, but are a fun way to identify me!

Next trip out will be the dyno.

Fist try as last raced with air cleaners.
Then new ram tubes.
Then with nozzles moved up high near the top.

Not sure about racing until after the dyno and whether any +hp.

Muffin man stickers will be on when I race next.
Where on the car should I stick them??
They are about 60mm high and 340mm long.

Yes a tapered runner is supposed to be ideal.
Not really practical in this case without re-engineering the whole intake tract from Valve seat up.
But that IS the plan with this engine in the future by filling in the ports.

Now back to the important stuff....

I think the stickers should go on the rear quarter panel behind the door.... Prolly down low just above the heater channel...... Perfect spot....
