Cucking Funts

Woke up this morning, did my morning routine to get ready for work, walk out the front to Zelda and guess what?

Some dickheads have jumped on the roof, pushing it in, the bonnet is crumpled in more places than one, windscreen wipers all over the floor, side mirrors ripped off, marks down the side.

I'm thinking the insurance company won't even bother.
Shit may be for sale off of her, not 100% sure yet. We'll see what the insurance company do, it might be a write off, I doubt they'll even give me any cash as I've only got third party fire and theft.

And to think I'm waiting for all these bits in the post, I'll most likely just be selling them straight away too. Unless someone wants to give me another L bug... :(

Oh well, it might be the end of Zelda or it might not be. She might go into storage or she might be parted out. Who knows, I sure as hell don't at the moment...

I've got lots of photos, will post them up when I get the chance, on my iPhone so can't do it from here as photos are on DSLR.

I hate it when arses do that to a bug.
It happened to a friend of mine a few months back. Luckily their dad is an awesome welder who does alright with panel beating and spray painting and is a big dubber himself - the bug was resurrected. They settled outside of insurance.

another 2nd hand bonnet, dints on the roof from someone walking might just pop out as its not say a thump from a crow bar etc that would stretch the metal.

spare pair of wipers and mirror...

whats the marks on the side?

Don't give up!

Bastards! with third party only then you have no insurance for Zelda, :td: simmilar thing happened to my cousins daughter recently, saved up to buy her own car and some mongrels kicked the shit out of it just for something to do, now she's driving around in a dented up POS instead of a nice straight pride and joy :grind:. One can only hope that karma realy exists. Maybe the roof can be repaired as they fixed Jeffs when he rolled it, other panels are bolt ons so put the call out, I may be able to help but I'm a long way away, I've got a few bits for an "L" that may help.:fakesniff:

Yep, insurance is the killer.
I'm going to have to pay for everything out of my own pocket. Including a respray/touch up paint job. This isn't going to be a cheap fix unfortunately!

Here are some quick photos I took.
I didn't think I was so attached to Zelda, but swear I had something stuck in my eye when I saw it...

http://i1099.photobucket.com/albums/g388/SebastienPeek/roof-trodded-on.png

http://i1099.photobucket.com/albums/g388/SebastienPeek/front-bonnet.png

I'm just really pissed off that this has happened. The fact that it happened to my car and only my car on the street, that pisses me right off. The biggest thing I probably need is the bonnet, the rest will just be metal repair, whereas the bonnet is way too crumpled to just be pushed out, in my opinion anyway.

Have reported to police, all of that shit has been dealt with. She's now under the carport and I'm waiting for a lift into work.

WHAT A GREAT DAY TO START FRIDAY!!
(sarcasm should be noted).

Just my car.

You can see the Capri in the background, with the canvas roof, fark, you'd think they'd try and break into that right?
But no, just Zelda was jumped on.

It's great, and no one heard anything, it's bullshit.

Sure does suck!

Ha, I wish it was as easy for me to just drive into the country and stay out there. Hell, I'd buy my grandparents place off of them if I could manage to work from home all the time for work, that would be insane.
Paddock bashers, double garage, that'd be the life man!

But regardless, will contact some panel beaters, will contact GHR Motors and see if they know anyone as well and we'll see what happens.

That's the problem, I don't do anything! I'm not like a typical 17 year old.

No partying, I work full time and I spend my weekends working on Zelda or catching up with the misses.

I don't do anything exciting enough to make enemies!

Haven't idea what I'll do. She'll go and hide in our garage for a bit and I'll have to fork out for a new daily.

Kinda sucks, like, massively.
We will see what happens next though, have to discuss with Mum what happens next.

Hey Seb if you know, or find the 'cucking funts' who did this let me know I'am willing to provide my left arm with one large pole in it to teach the F*-*kers a lesson.
Sorry mate I know it was your pride and joy.

Trust me Smithy, if I knew who had done this, I'd be there with a pole and not at work...
Yeah, it still is my pride and joy, she just isn't, well, isn't in the same shape she used to be in.

Will update later tonight with the happenings of the conversation had with Mum.

A big bummer :(

If it helps at all, I bought a car that had that done to it and it took a panel beater mate of mine about 2hours to get the roof back to 95% perfect..........I watch while he did it and couldn't believe how the metal sprang back into shape.

DON'T try and push it yourself,as the panel beater will push it out it the correct sequence, working the creases out of it at the same time.
