Give me a call if you want someone to look over the squareback with you. There are two for sale in Adelaide I'm aware of.
Cheers Dave

There's one just near mine Dave, it was advertised in the paper yesterday and went and took a look this morning.
Going back to take a second look later this afternoon if all goes to plan, otherwise I might have to look at the other two that I know of...

If I need a hand though, I'll give you a buzz!
Thanks Dave!

Yeah, I saw them on eBay. They're earlier models too.
But require a decent amount of work to get back on the road.

This one I'm looking at just needs to be re-registered and some bubbles fixed.
Should be a day work maximum.

Agreed ...find a panelbeater who absolutely knows how to achieve the best result ... this may mean they might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for! Good luck!

Well, I'm actually really hoping that the insurance company doesn't cover me. It means that Dad will be buying Zelda off of me, which means I'll still be able to do stuff to her!

If I find out who did it, reckon you'd come down and blow them up? ;)

Ah well, I'm just really anxious to see what comes of today.

In that case, contact Ian Poynter at Holden Hill. Wait, I'd heard his workshop has moved. Call Volksfactory, they'll know where he is.

They can do ANYTHING with Volkswagen metal.!

We'll see Maris, depending on what happens today will depend on whether or not I get the car back in my possession and if so, then I'll be selling her to Dad and I'll give him Ian's details.

Thanks again!

Looks like I won't be getting a car anytime soon!

The pan was great, the interior not so much.
I don't know, maybe I was dreaming, offered him $1,000 as a maximum.
No go.

Time to look for something more modern, I may be saying goodbye to the VW world soon :(

I protect my rat with a 243 bolt action with bi pod stand, I can still get them a klm down the road when they think they r 'safe'
Although the watermelon trick is pretty cool.
