Why not get a standard wheel and call it a 'spacesaver'?

I need a rim that I can run a 31'x10r tyre on so a 7' or 8' rim would be best. A standard 'spacesaver' is just not going to cut it if I'm trying to get home north of Indian head Fraser! Lol
