can any one tell me what the legal requirements are in relation to front or rear bumpers as i dont really like the look and would prefer not to have them on my 64 project if possible. cheers david😎

i think that technically it is illegal to not have bumpers and i think it is even illegal to have those little chome nudge bar thingys that u see dubs with.......but then again lots of people dont run with bumpers and i suppose it would all have to do with who does your roadworthy.......i know i certainly dont want em on my 71

I couldn't get my splitty roadworthied without but the mechanic said I could do what I liked afterwards...

That's nice of the mechanic. Does that mean he'll pay your fines as well and cover you for the insurance that won't pay out?
