the bonnet looks like one of those fibreglass jobbies from the porago types.
as for the rear rack. you would want to be sure its bolted to the roof at the front firmly, hey!

ok the rack is called a jim dandy rack after the american guy who invened it someone in the uk is now reproduceing them but i dont know who
