Well , I will tell You this Adz.... I am a bit older than Your 1963 Beetle..... Actually I got My license in My Fathers 1964 Beetle in 1964... in QLD... the Licence cost something like $5 and lasted 10 years... but I came back to NSW in 1965 and had to change to a NSW Licence where You paid each year..... Maybe I'll have to investigate.... a lighter background and use Dark colours....😀
Then the people who say that the Yellow is OK... probably won't be able to read the dark colours....
