i called ian and talked for ages was good to catch up and talk!!! he has some sweet rides there guys come on its restoration heaven!!!!
its sad to see all these years of collecting "go to a waste" but people its ur turns to get a bargain of the century and keep these VW's alive and fit!!!

hey anyone know if he is wreking out parts ? For example if I was to go for a drive with my trailer can I just pull parts and pay for them or do u need to take whole cars ?

sorry haven't had a chance to, been very hectic here over the w'end. Wheels have your name on them till you see pics and decide. What Cover you talking about, text me about it. Rhett is taking the Rag top, he's got it all loaded up with stuff and also a '69 Kombi chockers full of bits for his future projects.

this is so wrong.
it's like selling off a museum!!!! criminy!!!! years and years of collecting all going up in a few weeks like a mass disposal just feels bad. I wish we could somehow preserve the lot, maybe a horde of panelbeaters should descend like elves on the property and fix em and hide em away....

it the closure of a theme park I've only ever read about. bugger. shit. have have you got a straight-bodied 76 beetle there? don't care about dents or colour, just rust and twistedness of the chassis. I'd love to rescue something.

if someone had the room to store them for me I'd rip down and grab a few, but I dont have the room here and dont know anyone willing to have old cars on their land 🙁 its a damn shame thats for sure 🙁

All splitty kombies have been sold, so has the country buggy and the '53 oval. Theres still a heap of beetles and late model type 3 stuff left.
