Its only 80 mm, but what Ive found is that I dont get time to look at tachos except for reference purposes, I would rather rely on the shift lights. The thing that sold me is the standing quarter timer & acceleration timer. Great testing tool. I bought it from the US as it was cheaper than getting it from the UK where they are made, hope Lucas didnt have anything to do with making them. I priced new tacho & speedo and they were dearer, this is for the 1303 which has limited guage space.
Hey Steve, does it have interchangable faces for different rpm purposes? It seems having one that goes to 18000rpm is a tad optimistic, and the increments suited to a standard road car are a bit close to read...
Looks the shizzle though. I love the 0-100 and 0-400 timing feature!!! Excellent. I need one of those for next tuesday at Wakefield!

I will need to get a degree in speedometry I guess. I love fiddling with stuff like this, i call them ziffles (named after Arnold Ziffle from Peti Coat Junction), things that you dont really need but are cool to own. I should be able to test any mods I do with car with the 0-100 facilty, almost like having a personal dyno.
