I want to see what everyone's damage is from the buggy bash day. I know there was a lot more than mine from what I saw.

Boozer's Damage Report:
1. tachometer-unresponsive possibly revivable.
2. Several large and small cracks in fibreglass nosecone and guards.
3. CD player/Radio-doing funky stuff and not working right.
🙁

But if that's all, I'm pretty happy!

my radio/CD player has been resurrected from the dead! *insert Zombie noises in background* I went for a driver just before and it's working fine now.

hmmmm...let me see....
1. hair was full of dust and crap so needed to put a treatment through it last night.......
2. used an entire tank of petrol getting lost up there and going via toowoomba.....
3. my pink cons (sneakers) are so damn encrusted with mud and crap that i had to chisel off the mud, soak them over night, scrub them with the kitchen scourer and put them in the washing machine..........

does this count as damage?????

hmmm.....love the bajas....think i am too much of a wussy pants girl though....................:blush

yes well, just seems to be you just have push a girl past a point and they decide that yes they are allowed to show that they enjoy playing in the mud with the boys and they stop pretending not to like it.

oh .. damage report.. well got brakes back (80%) by grantham, but encountered a bit of the old wobble wobble wander happening over 65 mph.....(axle nut loosey prob....lol). the dodgey cylander prob appears to stem from the beetroot tin patch on exhaust needing replacement....

few more things needing a bit o' tighten,,, but hopefully thats it.... :P (yeah roight, lol)

Boofs report:

All in all we are still in the same condition we went out to the BuggyBash in except for........ .front Passenger guard has cracked the forward mounting points and is flopping around ...... the throwout bearing has become even more noisie ....... it gained about 100 pounds most of it external but a sevier external blasting with water got rid of that..

SURE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT BUGGY BASH

damage ah its a good thing when it brakes you make it stronger my damage report was going to fine but after most left me and dave had a play and i got stuck in the bathtub going in backwards and the motor went under and sucked in alot of mud which didnt go so good with bearings and rings i changed the oil but i was to late and it blew up on the way back to the coast but was still able make it home just like to point out that it is a VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR sump full of mud and still made it 200 km home but if you go to the toll both at logan and the guy is still recovering from smoke inhalation i would not be at all suprised as i left i could not see the both but all in a days fun cant wait till next time the track was alot better i think, wicked mud holes and i think we should all thank brenden and family for the time and money spent on the track and making it all happen THANKS PS brenden if you are still going to do the mud drags thing i would be more than happy to give you a hand ill bring a kombi and trailer load of tyres and a shovel or two ring me when your keen 0422048474
