Well, there are two things You can do...

either spray paint it with a black spray can... or
use an armorall type product...

caution... You will NOT be able to spray paint it black if You use armorall....

No good now nut there was a good one for sale at Valla! Armoural may not be the best bet, but it wont help the faded section blend in.

You could also use some of the Tautflex vinyl paint I told you about.

Clean it thoroughly. Use a toothbrush if it has a grain. (It'll prob come up greyer once you've done that). Get some vinyl spray paint/colour in the colour you want and never under any circumstances use armoral (however it's spelt) for anything. It'll come up like new. Won't fix the crack, but there are people who can do that.

If it is fading and so on, then I think you will be surprised at what a bit of heat will do..

Try a paint stripper(heat gun) or to a lesser degree a hair dryer.. Not too much, but a little bit of application, and it should regain some of the colour. As far as the crack, you may have to take it to a plastic welder..

the pain is grey and cracking, the plastic is not cracking just lots of little cracks in the paint that flake off the surface, wondering if i should lightly sand it or take a paint thinner to it then respray it? is their (other than tautflex) a paint that sticks well to plastic?
