ok as most of you know ive been not well over the last 5 months and spent a lot of time on the forum as a result but that has all changed as today was my first day back at work be it a half day but it was a day back at work. so i am now one of the working class again

Welcome back to the work force.
I am having enuf problems getting going after 3 days off !
After 5 months I would need re-training
In the land of Red Rooster, i can wear the red or the blue, but who really gives a sh*t.
I care cause I looooove Red Rooster
i dont need retraining cause i always needed training but it will be good to be back at work in a real workshop not butting heads with the morons and bad boys
