Bullbar requirements?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a site or briefly outline the legal requirements for bullbars/bumpers in Qld to suit a manx???

- '71 Kombi (Died 24/11/05😢 ) - '65 manx (smick) -'63 beetle (bent) -'73 Singlecab (new to the stable)

they also need to be over 50mm in diameter and have a minimum surface areas that escapes me at the moment. Most bars sizes sed these days mean that is needs to be a twin bar type in deign.
