go to

all will be answered.
Too low is nearly right remember
.
All a matter of how low you want to go really. You can get a couple inches out of a set of weld-in adjusters, or at the other end of the scale, go the whole hog like Dubnut's 'Lobus'...
Kruizin Kol
custom bugs and buses are doing my 77 bay $850 adjustable front etc etc
"the proper way" and kruizinwagon.com.au same quality different guys
worked together at one stage
show us your gates
like the guys said you cannot lower a kombi without spending $$$ adjusters will set you back about $900 the other alternative is drop spindles if it's only a couple of inches this probably be the better alternative as you keep your standard suspension travel.

YOU HAVE JUST BEEN DAKED
don't worry it's a VW thing
just get a set of adjusters for around $220 strip ya front end weld them in put it back together buy a pair opf holden 1 tonner shocks use a bit of angle to make a bracket for the top shock mount and some front end stifferners theres ya front end done for 6" + buy some adjustable springplates for the rear
piece of piss all for under $900
cheers
rhys
it aint just cool its aircool'd
is there any chance i can lower it a couple of
inches just by changing the shockies???
if you can how much does a new set of shockies cost
for me bay??
no u cant as the front end works by in the centre of it there is a block that has dipples in it holding it in that postion and only allows minimal movement (also has grub screw going into it) and the leaves run through this block when puttin in adjusters you grind the little diples off and weld in adjusters so the block can move freely to you desired height then u lock it off with a grub screw
