I had a 1776 in my manx for 5 years, very underated engine.. A decent exhast made all the difference to it as well.. anyhow its your car, so if you want it - go it

Fitting any extractors usually means an increase in main jet size (don't panic - fuel consumption tends to go down, it's all about the engine being able to "breathe" better.") The "Phat Boy" is a low-restriction muffler that should make little difference to jetting, but will make a small increase in power and a large one in noise!!! If you like noise - go for it!
