I'm parners in crime with CB Hotdog - but this is my first post!!! (and I expect not my last). We are picking up our shiney new(??) 71 1300 next week - can't wait!
Meanwhile, I have two unregistered beetles that we are trying to figure out what to do with - rebuild/sell/wreck??.
First question is - do parts from a 71 superbug fit on a 70 1500?? I understand the pans etc are different, but wondering about standard body parts/other mechanics??
This is an excellent forum - so glad we discovered it .....
