I am rebuild ing a VW beach buggy and in the process of getting parts and work done i am having trouble with several different companies. I want to know how many other people out there are getting bad service like i am. For example i ordered some parts last tuesday and was told that it would take at the most a week to get them. Today! a week and some later i go to pick up the parts and find out that they have not even been ordered. Also i went to get a quote on an engine rebuild, was expecting about $5000 and the lazy **** couldn't even be bothered calling me back.
look around mate there are always dodgy places around but i am sure that the QLD boy and girls can point you in the right direction!!!!
try ordering parts yourself.I got a lot of stuff from Mick Motors and from other places(non site sponsors) and most times all the stuff was deliverd to my door the next day and I'm in Townsville!!!! Shop around...if they want your business they will bend over backwards to help. Good luck!!!!

I had some issues with customer service from a qld vw company. I just will refuse to go back to them, and have taken my business else where and getting alot a better job alot faster.
I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!
