Theres been some pretty interesting nicknames and usernames in use on the site, but how did we all come up with them? Some are pretty obvious based upon car / model etc, others a little more obscure. So.....how the heck did you come up with it and why?
As you can tell....Squizy's mine - named after Squizy Taylor, a leader of a smalltime gang in Melbourne at the start of the 1900's.
Through school I had Fish, Guppy, Salmon, Taylorfish....then one day some guy at work called me Squizy, and it's stuck since. Even bosses at work call me Squizy. :duh

I've had the nickname of sorts since I was about 15. When I played footy (Aussie Rules, for reserves in Brighton Tassie) my father, brother and I were know as the Bone Crushers, I then joined the Navy at 17 and the became known as Bones. Then later on the old Dak Dak became more of an obsession I came up with Bone Collector as a Tag/buisness name, I also use this as my buisness mane when importing or selling VW items. You tend to get things a little cheaper overseas with an ABN/Buisness name.
My name is actually Peter Bone, hence the Bones,Bone Crusher and Bone Collector names.
It also seem to go with my look, beeing a heavly tattooed person.
like bonecollector i am in the military, the home of the original nick name.
with my surname Cutler i get called Cuts.
at school i use to be called Checker after Chubby Checker because of my perfect figure hahahahha

just one more mil spec unit, barls comes from a shortened version of my surname, although i did have the one barrels for a month or two, but thats a story id rather not tell
