Hi Guys,
I was allowed out today, and in my travels spotted a very cool cardboard split Kombi being used by Coca Cola to sell and promote their drinks for summer. The cardboard Kombi is about 2m long by 1m wide by 1m high.
I'm not sure whether this is old news, as I'm not allowed to wander too far from the studio, but it rocks all the same.

The two I spotted were back to back outside Woolworths at the Hyperdome at Shailer Park in Queensland.
The reputation that I always carry a camera sounds a bit suss, but I'll snap a few shots today or tomorrow and post them up.
The hudcaps even have Wolfsburg crests.

down in tas there is a red herring shop that has the shell of a kombi stuck on the roof, all in the shop colours. no running gear means if you were to rip it down, some fairly wild gear could go in there...

once sportsgirl used a huge pic of kombi in a window dressing thing, I politely asked if when all was over could i have the huge poster the girl told me it was company policy to send back to head office where they were destroyed🙁 what a waste would have made a nice feature wall

ill create a distraction by knockin over bins in dads 4x4, while adam runs around in stockings and stilletos advertising pizza. while all of this is going on you grab the kombi. ill meet you and adam round the next corner, only to drive off just as you get to the door of the car.

People looking strangely at me is not uncommon (need to remember to put pants on more often), but standing in a crowded shopping centre taking snap shots of cardboard Kombi cars does attract a few more questioning glances.
Anyhow, here they are. I asked the skinny piece of Pelican Sh*t supermarket guy standing guard if he knew anything about the promotion. Stupid me! A moment of weakness! He shrugged his shoulders and started to tell me how heavy each of those coke cartons was to stack inside the Kombis. I quickly ran away.
