Great news to come home to, letter from the council, dogs barking too much.

Must be happening when we are at work, argghhh!

If only the gutless person who reported tham had come to us, at least we would know when is it happening!!!

Anyway, anyone know where in Brissy I can hire a citronella collar to try and stop the barking in the meantime?

I have already contacted BarkBusters to get some lessons.

Thanks all
Gib

Saw a TV program once where this dog outsmarted the collar by turning his head everytime the citonella sprayed out and then when it ran out resumed barking. Bark busters are very good but even better if you get the neighbours involved to follow up when you are not there. You never know you might even find the person who dobbed you in and if they know you are trying to do something about the problem may have a different attitude and are often willing to help. Other things to do, keep dog entertained. Rubber kongs which you fill up with goodies and peanut paste to keep the dog occupied trying to get the food out of the small hole one end, a tennis ball in a sock which the dog can swing around and fling. If the dog is barking because he can see too much action happening maybe some dark shadecloth to block of the action. I used to be a hydrobath operator and came across these problems and solutions.
