Here's something my brother and I invented after a BBQ and a few beers. We didn't have dessert so hunted around. This is what we made and what you'll need.

1 tin of pineapple rings
A bottle of port
A packet of marshmallows
King Island Cream

Method - Open the tin of pineapple rings and tip out the juice. Fill the tin of pineapple rings with port and let stand [however long is up to you].

Put the pineapple rings onto a warm BBQ plate, and put a marshmallow on the hole. Cook until the marshmallow starts to melt. Life off BBQ plate, pop into a bowl and top with King Island cream, and more port if you like.

Bliss......hick.

Squiz......
