even tho you probley dont care, i thought id update everyone on how Kermit is going. he is pretty good, and he runs well and everything, but he keeps blwoing fuzes even tho he has been re wired. dad is a mechanic and does all that bizzo, but i was just a little dissapointed that he was being a little difficult. :vader anyway MERRY CHRISTIMAS and if any of you are customers at woolies where i work and u have been cranky tisk tisk, every single customer today was cranky and it made me really mad, i told one women to settle down coz i wasnt a mechine and she was so rude. anyway lol cya :bounce

Thanks for the merry christmas - I always try to be nice to the woollies, coles, big W staff. Customer service is becoming a tough job as people can be very rude. I tend not to go shopping when I'm in a bad mood. It dosen't cheer me up although I know a lot of women who do shop to feel better.
Kermit will come around - I little lovin and he's see the way of owner.

I know what you mean about rude people. I am a Nurse, so I get my fair share of rudies ...... I no longer work in the hospital system because of how crap some people are, it was like they are doing me a favor for coming into hospital !
Don't worry about them, those type of people are VERY prone to either having a heart attack or a stroke !

yes i know how you feel, i just did a huge day yesterday at woolies, luckily i am back to only service supervision on saturdays 🙂
but we got hit hard and customers have to learn, the ppl at the front, who you deal with don't have any say on how many staff you have on, we just have to work with what we got. But at least because of all the holidays, i just have the midnight shift then nothing till 7th !!!
but yeah its a bad thing ppl become more pissed off, and piss of the staff, which means the staff are going to be even less likely to want to help.
I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!

Hope Kermit gets his fuzzies in order soon! Unfortunatly these things happen when you buy an older new car...it will take a little time then everything will be OK!
...I also agree with everyone on the customer attitude issue. They are all getting worse - almost no smiling faces anymore - makes it hard to be happy and friendly doesn't it. Even simple jokes don't get a response any more (from the sober ones anyway ... ie: about half my customers!). It's seams to be worse at this time of year - I can't understand why - parties, time off work (if you are lucky - not me!), pressies, etc - how does this cause a bad attitude?
I've also noticed that the customers are getting dumber too - so many of them don't know their address, phone number (and in some cases even their name!) - many of them even sound surprised when we ask them for their order - like they wern't expecting it....?! Then if the delivery is not there exactly on time they complain. They have even started complaining when they get there early! Whats the story there?
... I could write a book about this sort of thing, and the things that have happened to me and my staff!
Oh well, at least some of us can see the fun side of this time of year!
