I asked the same thing, my car is on the box, and the the DVD, and heaps of the footage is from my video camera, and I don't get any royalties or even a discount on the DVD. I have to pay to watch my own footage...

the DVD's are for sale from a shop, so you might want to try ringing the shop and not sending u2u's to people that don't check the forum very often or thoroughly.
