I am on the Northern Beaches in Sydney.
I have a very well equipt garage .
I have a guest room that sleeps 6.
Not to mention the pool and a hot shower.

Me too.
We're at Macksville, half way between Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour on the highway. Big shed and basic tools, cold fridge and working kettle!
More than willing to help, might even learn some things myself.

I haven't got much but some hospitality, basic VW knowledge, local knowledge and a rapport with the local VW specialists.
I live (for now) west of Newcastle in the Western Suburbs near the F3 and the link road into Wallsend. I live about 15 back towards Sydney from the F3 terminus.

i have a backpacker hostel in albury -wodonga 452 david street albury ph (02) 60411822 ,so if your in the area you can drop in from your road trip for a bed or a coffee and chat i have heaps of contacts for vehicles and parts and we have a really great vw mechanic here in town

Scone is located on the New England Highway approx halfway between Newcastle & Tamworth [the Country Music Capital] . Although I have a good working knowledge of VWs going back to 1962.. Don't expect Me to remember back that far

i live in a small country town west of bega on the far sth cst of nsw called bemboka. i have no knowledge, no tools, no shed, just a 4m x 10m "hut" that will be a house when it all grows up, however i'm on 15 acres, got electricity and very good terms with the local nrma man and vw mechanic in bega. if you break down, need a break, or a port in a storm, i am very happy to help out wherever i can. oh, i do own a '75 vw kombi, so i got a manual! lol 🙂

but yeah since it is a hole and no one would pass through it then i can tell you that the hills area is my local so if you are in need get in touch and i will see what i can do as there are a few of us around my area.
