After fitting a few different motors into enginebays they werent born in I can honestly say thats an awesome job, I appreciated the work and expense involved and I wish I was there at the summernats to see the reaction from spectators when they see the Hyundai XXXXXXXX cell.
Cheers Tony

Out of a hyundai thats scary. Lets hope it dont die like the commodore wagon did when the victory skid was done. Long way to tow a car for 2 minutes of fun.

Sorry..
Air Cooled Volkswagens are only allowed on this Forum, unless you want every smart Arse to pay out on you. 😉

Just messing with you, I cop shit every time I have something Ford on.

Richard (Herbie. D. U) and I are going up, also Aaron a another Melbourne Boy with a TURBO new Beetle is coming with us.

But we are going in my Land Cruiser, because my XR8 has to many Mods now not to get picked up by the Feds for something, and neither of as want to take our Beetles.

The engine is based on a 5lt windsor block, but has been stroked to 5.6, it has a 4 speed auto and yes a 9in diff. the car is not rego'd, but might wear some SR plates in the future.

I find revving the guts out of Your engine to produce smoke from tyres very juvenile.....

You may be right Lee, but there is a hell of a lot of Juveniles out there who find it very entertaining.
