Nah,
they are practising sticking their butts out far enough to balance a tray on it. They are all struggling actresses didn't you know, and they are only doing this photo shoot to make more money than their normal waitressing jobs.
Either that or with the small shoes they are wearing (ie heels on two of them) they are sinking into the grass and are trying to look 'cool' about it.
