this is what i was told by mum (of all people..not interested in cars at all!)
and that's why she wants me to leave the volkswagon (type 3) alone and just drive the 1991 mazda sedan around.. (i looked at the speakers last night..they are 2inches big 🙁 (so that's 4 2" 15w speakers 🙁( and a 14year old 2.2L 350,000+ km engine..that can't go up hills in 5th gear!)

hmmm our like 90 modle subaru doesnt like it, my mums old 1992 celica did but needed a run up at it, n still didnt like it (damn rice burner) and well, my kombi just doesnt have 5th gear :alien

well the golf can...fairly easily too...
but yeh..the mazda struggles with it...

Well Jenz has gone home, and Its pretty well back to normal for me now, back to school tomorrow. Hope she enjoyed herself, I love having friends around.
I use ULP in Pige, and I use Lucas lead replacement additive to keep her valves nice and happy, LRP is no longer available here!

Yeah Its always good to have other PPL around, I never tire of listening to others experiance's, I recon I could live three lifetimes and never get bored. I worry that I wont have enough time left in my life to do and see all the things I want before I get too old or die, Its all a question of money and time!!

Agree with you rob, lots todo and not enough time or money to get to do it all at the moment (or in the future) but then if we could, wouldn't we eventually get bored?? This way its always fun 😀

Took my monitor in to get fixes under warranty...they said two weeks.
rang saturday (two weeks after) now they tell me another two weeks.

I know what you mean Kafer....we had bad weather forecast for the whole weekend & i had 2 markets on & thought "great,i'm not going to make any money"& then sure enough it was beautiful & sunny both days & i raked it in.(Thanx to the deaf olympics,what an economy booster for Melbourne!)

oh and kafer, the golf has done 240,000kms with my dad and me driving it..and hasn't had any major repairs..it still goes strong.
(mind you we have changed the plus and leads...it has 4prong plugs it it...and acme leads :P)

I just buy the little bottle each time i go in & fill up Zac,which is to go in up to a 50 litre fill & its $3.00.You can buy them in a litre or two but i always forget & i'm sure its cheaper to do it that way.
