Yes has a headlining,
I also have a NOS in the box VW headliner for a T3 if you are interested.
Bullbar is a big alloy truck style one, don't know about Tracker type.

The Nos headliner, as far as I can see is the same as an '89 Caravelle CL, it is still in the box $400.00 is the price, a trimmer would charge you $500.00 to $800.00 to make one.
The headliner in the van is good too, $100.00 if you pull it out, I'm not interested in doing it!!.
