I caught up with Mandie for a little while this morning in St Kilda...I think she is getting marketted out......BUT great you had a big night on Wednesday though Mandie it must make it all worthwhile 😎

What a geat day we have down here...everyone is out and about!!

Saw my brother in law off on the Tassie ferry this morn....he is going to be over there to meet the truck when it arrives at their new house in Somerset...my sis leaves on Thursday night after closing up the house they have lived in for the past 35 years...a big move for them...but they are so happy!! What a brilliant day to be crossing Bass Strait...our weather is perfect.. :kiss

Sorry Jen,i couldn't concentrate & have a proper conversation this morning coz i was running so late.Another great day though but that means no day off again this week....yes i am a little marketed out but its my own fault for not working harder in winter & stocking up!!!!!

Mandie you'll have to stop making such cool stuff then people won't buy and you won't have to work so hard this week... but then....

It was such a nice day...can see why you were so busy down there....so many out and about n in the sun

I couldn't stay long anyway...I had to go meet up with the family for lunch...goodness they were wondering were I was ...2 minutes late...my sis was looking out the door for me.....They are so different to me it's scary ....

What a weekend...changed a tie rod end and speedo cable on the notch.
pulled the radiator out of the falcon to get it fixed only to find the problem was caused by a blown head gasket.

Then

Got up this morning to go to work, went to hop in the notch...flat tyre.
Thats cool i'm running late so I'll take the beetle....broken clutch cable.
I could take the falcon....blown head gasket.
I could drive the kombi...not reg'd.
mmmm...i'll just put the spare on the notch...don't have one
But I do have a couple of 14" wheels...i'll just put them on...but bro inlaw has my jack.
So after finding an old scissor jack and pulling the front wheels off to put a 15" on the back so the 2 14" could go on the front, I finally left for work 30 mins late...after having to have a shower and get changed again.

Please tell me my week is going to get better...:cussing:cussing:cussing

Hey only 30 mins late.....that was really good considering

...my week not much better so far...trying to get quotes on fence n no one seems to want to quote...or show

Plus my dog missing since Thursday and no sign of him despite all his tags and micro chip...at least he not dead I rang the council

Whats going on here! Im away for a couple of days and look what the conversation has degraded into! Terrible!
Well its my last free day before school resume's, starting to get a little depresed, had such a great break I don't want it to end. Jodie has gone mad, and spent big dollars on new stuff for the house. Its amazing how much money these women can stash away without you knowing about it! All I can say is Pige better be getting a pressy out of all this too!

Mate we are not even in the race as far as that is concerned! They seem to have a sixth sence or something, they can smell it! Jodie tryed the old usual on me on sunday, she turned up a bit later at our vintage run and decided to have breakfast with me, "Do you have any money Rob" sorry babe didn't know you were comming so I only brough enough for me! Well she seemed to find some money from somewhere cause a plate of food tuned up for her at the table!😉 Funny that I thought she had no money cause why would she have asked me first.
