i worked 11.30am till 3.45 at the RSL. we had 450 old people bussed in from who knows where for lunch i spent the day making lemon lime and bitters and pouring glasses of iced water because their ned kelly pies were too salty lol. old people always give u an excuse for what they want. they never just ask for a glass of water. "hello dear could i have a glass of iced water my pie is just a little too salty" or "can i have a glass of water luv my throat is a little dry after the meal"
then i had to stay longer cause the bloody tennis was on and they all wanted to stay and watch it!!! so i couldnt wipe their tables.
oh well i got paid more for those few hours than i get for a 10 hour saturday shift. cant really complain.
