I am currently negotiating a small piece of real estate in Sydney Sth East (Mascot).. Space available, about 50 square metres for car storage or workshop..
I would like to share or sublet this space to interested VW people.. Not expensive but needs to commit to minimum 6 months.. Suit resto location or holding area for a car or two.. (hide them away from the wife!) Circa $150 per week
Anyone who knows the market in Sydney, knows how hard it is to get drive in storage space..
