How long does it usually take for paypal funds to appear in your bank account when you withdraw. PayPal says 5 to 10 days. Is that for real? After someone pays money into your paypal account, they cant reneg and get it back out can they?

I've been using Pay Pal for a few years and not only on ebay
Its great for paying for things in US Currency....
It NOW has Aussie Dollars too.... I don't know why??
as its used mainly for US or overseas transactions....
If You don't trust them don't buy it....
but I've Never had any problems.... its just made life easier..

They say to allow that many days but it's usually much quicker. The transaction has to go through your bank as well. If anything slows it down, it'll be your bank.
Paypal is gaining respect worldwide as the cleanest way to transfer funds.
What You were looking at is while the transaction has gone thru, the money hasn't... but it really HAS!!
Its like that on Netbanking which I use every day...
The transaction does take place ASAP... but the banks like to hold Your money for a day or 2 or 3 so they can use it.. 🙂🙂
Its safe as .... whatever... I like Pay Pal...

Paypal used to have heaps of problems with getting your cash out but ebay realised many people were using it and getting shafted. So given that it was so heavily gauged to ebayers, ebay purchased paypal and has set about making many chages. I use it and have never had a problme. Then again i have never withdrawn money. I always use it to buy something else. LOL

So how long did it take with Paypal?
I asked paypal to transfer the money on saturday night. It wasnt there last night but was there this morning. So it took a couple of days but maybe the weekend slowed that up.
I'm happy, even if the purchaser isnt. Getting hassled already. Unfortunately for him there arent hourly flights to Sweden.
