Dibs on the right hand door if the scraper moulding and quarter are reasonable.
Matt
Nup, depends on how loosly you term reasonable. I dont think many would find this reasonable though, sorry.

Bugger. Thanks for looking.
I take it you are saying that the positioning of the hinges for the doors varies depending on what model year. My LH door mechanicals (ie. window mechanism) is positively stuffed and I wondered if this would fit on a '65. I am expecting this to be rather too early though.
The positioning of the hinges is the same, the hinges themselves are different. On my car, 69/70/71 depending on who I talk to, the hinges have 2 bolts only and bolt to the outside. A very vague memory of later late type 3's is that they have 3 bolts and the hinge goes inside the pillar. To fit the later into the early I had to slice a little of the hinge off. It might be possible for someone with a little more patience than me to knock the hinge pins out and swap them simple enough. That would be a lot prettier, however I was building a race car, not a show car.
On these doors, the profiles are the same, the locks and hinges are different, I have no idea about window mechanisms. Not much idea about early early sorry.

Is the window mechanism in yours OK? By this I mean does the window wind up and down OK.
I have to get rid of this lot. If someone from the forum doesnt take them, I will go and trade them with my local VW parts store... and then they will be a lot more expensive. First person to put the cash in my hand gets them, not the first u2u. phone chris, 0423 189 679.
