I know nothing about this. So got on eBay and found people are selling satellite cards. What do you do with them? I know recievers are two types, no card slot to recieve free to air channels and the other type with a slot to receive pay tv. So what are the free to air channels I can get? What are the cards on eBay supposed to do? Don't you still need to subscribe to something? Is CNN and Discovery free to air or not?
