nah, wasn't shot. I have a cyst inside me that they want to take out (and I am not objecting as it is getting very annoying) before they let me loose on teh world. So I missed out on a job application for Dandenong that was looking liek a good one to go for. Relatively easy positons with a few more staff than I used to have, but probably easier work (in fact I know it would be) all for the measly pay of $110k+ a year 🙂
Ahhhh bugger it, maybe I will just have to stick with applying for Austrade at $14 a year 😉 at least they close next week and probably won't make any decision for at least three months.

nah I am having fun in there getting a cpl of ppl a little worked up it seems. I love it when people state their position so clearly and refuse to back down... its so easy to hook then that way. The first post that started it was removed a while back, and I thought it would die out as (I assumed) they had realised that some people may not have appreciated it. But one or two people seem intent on keeping it alive and agressive , so I have joined in 😉 This is the main reason I don't tell people what religion I am unless I know them fairly well, I don't profess to know everything about religions (mine or anyone else's), and most importantly - I do not talk about my religion in a public forum as it si a private thing between me and what/who I beleive in.

Im glad I got it. Things have'nt been too good for me lately. I just had to get my dog operated on for a crucial ligament in his right rear leg, bill for that $1200.00. Its lucky I love him!

The roof has some dents in it so i'm thinking about satin black body with white turret...will see how it turns out black first.

Just back from the nationals. Greats show! Scored a NOS brake fluid reservoir (spelling) for Pige, a huge schematic diagram poster of an Oval, another (early) workshop manual I have never seen before, a book on the very early prototypes for the Beetle. a hinge pin oil can. and a few other odds and ends. Along with my Ebay purchase's it's been a very productive spending spree! The only downer was I missed Pyro and Zac! I had to leave early due to the unreliabilty of the public transport system in Sydney, if I missed my flight home It would have cost me dearly! Im sure we will catch up soon. Mabe Valla!

I finally met Bel, What a wonderful job they (and our fair Jenz) did restoring her. Truely a sight worthy of the most ardent of Volkswagen fanaticals. And for me pure pleasure for the eye's. Take a bow Jenz! (with an arc of the arm on the way down)😉
