Hey Jen it was nice to see Bel up close. I saw you today when I was showing my friend your ragtop and how much better it is than aftermarket stuff, but I whimped out on saying g'day I'm afraid after I was talking to Mark.

:blush

...Does anyone have cool stories from the Jamboree...I was sitting at table near Bel and heard some nice talk..

..one dad and his young kids were looking at her....he looks at the rego sticker for the year...they look in her engine bay.....he starts telling them how well they made these old cars...."... this one has been WELL looked after....it's like new....it must have been kept in a garage all it's life..." they walked of dreamily and I sat there grinning...I didn't have the heart to tell him the truth :sandrine

Had other people telling friends or family they had one like Bel...'we used to put you kids in the back seat...'

It was sweet sitting there...

Jen,
I see that your doing well on the trophy circuit . . are you winning three at every event ?
You'd better watch out or they'll put a ban on you entering Bel.
Congrats
Bill
