Thanks kafer...had a nice afternoon having lunch at my big sisters place...my 90 yr old mum there and my eldest son....Mum enjoyed it.....
My other two kids overseas are out of touch with things and so not heard from them....it's not a big deal for me I know they love me without needing all the show....mothers day is a different time of year...Bridie rang me a few months ago when it was mothers days in the UK 😀

Hey does anyone (QLDers) know where to buy POR15 from up here? I can't seem to find anyone that has a decent stash of it.
Aside from that, painted the front beam over the weekend... and dropped the F*ing thing again, so its sanding and repaitning again!!!!!!!!!!!
On a lighter note got a call from my friendly VW mechanic last wek, my square is ready to be picked up. He checked my steering, brakes (front and rear), adjusted the timing, did the oil, replaced gaskets, checked for leaks, took the gen of put new bushes on and had it rewound as I had almost killed it, and sounded almost nervous when he told me how much it would costs.... $374!! Damn, I need to use him a lot more I think 🙂

yeh the knee's getting better pyro. i was out at the elephant and the wheelbarrow in st kilda last night..my flatmates pub..and dr.karl from neighbours was there (singing with his band), and so was russel from aussie idol, and the judge with the silver hair..so yeh, i had FREE drinks with them in the vip area and don't have to pay for anything whenever i got there hehehehehehehe.
even got a few kisses from some irish girls staying at the backpackers next door...ahh, life is good.
