Oh purple one, I just use a cheapy one from SuperCheap, $30 for small/medium and sometimes on special at $20.....I use two of these, one is in the weather constantly (poor old '60....) and they're fine.

Probably use one on my upcoming buggy when it ventures outside...

No, its just a generic small car sized one. I have used mine with all of my cars, my old beetles, my laser etc etc. Don't use it anymore on new bug though.

Just gotta be careful with them in the wind as they can fly off if not attached properly and if they have any sharp bits will scratch the paint !!!! (have had this happen!)

We have a beetle shaped one for the new beetle and one for the classic beetle. They seem to be the same to me but they are shaped right and they also have elastic around the bottom to hold it on to the car properly.

They are not cheap but are good. It takes a lot of rain to actually make it through to the car itself. We have had them for 18 monthsnow and they are still like new. Never scratched the paint or anything.

Got them from Rocky Mountain Motor Works in the US of A.
