Last night was the best fun I have had in ages!!!!!
About 8:30 my flatmates and i went driving around to look at all the beautiful snow. Went to uni QUT at Kelvin Grove. The sports oval was just white with thick mist coming off it. Then drove over to Toowong. (Heard that was the best hit.) Accidentally got my flatmates car bogged in the ice! Had to push it out. Stood knee deep in hail in the main street in toowong. Then "borrowed" a for rent sign outside a block of units and went toboganning in the park next to the wesley or coro drive. Ended up wet, dirty cold and sore. But I havent had fun like that in ages. Sorry to those who didnt enjoy it. Especially you Andy. That would have sucked. But to me, it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

yep just got back from uni now n St. Lucia and Toowong still had ice/snow about a foot + deep on the footpath.. still can't beleive im at home in bribane town.. :duh
well i suppose it will be a good rehearsal for a europe visit in january next year in the middle of winter...

These are Gympie Rd the next morning, and it was still there Saturday arvo. I guess it is what was shoveled off the road for the cars to get through.
