No idea, my guess "yellow tinge" on bottom pic is SS.
Oh, on a second look, bottom pic with fabricated muffler (note no rolled over edge) is most likely SS.

How good each is depends on materials used.

A good SS system will last longer as it won't rust internally, poor quality SS is prone to cracking though.
Also SS will discolour easily unless you polish it regular and will go blue in hot spots, which is near impossible to keep shiney silver.

Ceramic coat doesn't protect the inside of the exhaust, so can rust internally but good steel on a regular use car will last fine, and less likely to crack. Ceramic coat will need less maintenance to keep looking good.

In my experience ceramic coat stands up to oil much better too! (as in it is easier to keep clean)

So both have pro's and cons!!!

Hard to say, my ceramic coat exhaust is black (a secondary process to the standard silver).
Highly polished SS will give a perfect mirror finish, and will show up any imperfections in the building of it (like ripples in a chrome bumper). You will be polishing it after every drive to keep it that way.
I don’t think you will get a mirror finish with the ceramic coat, more like nicely polished aluminium.

Some one else might know more than me though??

I prefer the look of silver colour ceramic. You can get exhausts coated on the inside too. Biggest advantage of ceramic is it keeps the heat in the exhaust gas, not in the pipes.
