Nup...wasn't having ago at anyone least of all the lovely Mandie.
I just have nothing constructive to say. Wish I did...although I did watch Miss Universe last night....🙂 had some constructive thoughts involving a big wading pool and some honey...:duh

as for me yesterday i had a lil accident which involved me having a car door shut on my leg while the car was pined on the wall inturn bending the door and the sill around my leg :o and anyone who knows how strong sill pannels are will know why everyone thought my leg was broken.....but its not :sandrine on the other had i have a sever blood clot from it and more than likley tendon damage. (its on my right leg at the base of where my claf starts to for.)
and the pc is upstairs, inturn me not being able to walk makes it a lil hard to get to it :alien non the less i dragged my self up to see what everyone did today 😎

Well after a small complication involving ICU, 2 and a bit litres of blood and a very very cool looking scar all the way to my rib cage 🙂, I am out of there and on my way to my folks place for what they think will be rest and recuperation!!

it;s still sitting under the house waiting to be used. mum won't let me get it out until dad comes home. i think that'll be around july..and it's only for a few weeks. so i'm not sure how much is going to get done to it.

nocolostomy bag, that was the only orifice that wasn't violated in some way during my stay in hospital. I can now saw that there are worse things that multiple (my spelling is crap) intraveneous lines, a catheter, a nasal-gastric tube, two pigtails drains, oxygen and F* all sleep..... and that is trying to make sure you wean yourself off the pethadiene that they give you for the pain to try and not get addicted to it!!!!!!
The scar doesn't look that good, only from the belt line to my rib cage, with a few scabs and holes from the original operation around it all.
What happened was that after the original op, I was recovering in the ward and I felt a wee bit sick, so when I coughed up blood (deep deep red stuff) there were a few strange looks, then I coughed up a bit more (about a mouthful each time), then about 600mls, then they stuck a tube in my throat and pumped out about 1.2 litres (they told me afterwards how much). Thats when I had to go back in to theatre in a wee hurry. Apparently I had a stomach ulcer that burst during the original surgery and it went downhill from there. The rebuilt plumbing didn't work properly, I had fluid build up and wasn't able to breath properly for a night or so and so I stayed in hospital for a bit longer than expected.
What was going to be a two to three day and about $6k trip turned out to be 17 days and about $25k!!!!!!
So there you go, will probably have a month off work to recover but have to spend the first week ro so at the folks until I get the last drain removed and I am then allowed to drive again.
