It easier for us to deal with E-mails than U2U's. If I miss an E-mail, Brooke will pick it up and visa versa.

E-mails are so much easier, we have about 30 e-mails a day but I can answer them offline and save awaiting for answers.
U2U's are only available when we are signed in to AVD.

I must admit that being human some enquiries are missed or lost and we must apologise for this.
However, we are putting in place a system which should eliminate human error, remember this is our first year in the VW business and we have already become one of Australia's largest suppliers of replacement panels, parts and accessories
We are intent on offering a service second to none, to offer parts previously unavailable, at the right price and thoroughly enjoy the ride.
The people we have met and spoke to, over the last 10 months, have been fantastic and look forward to helping more of you in the future

Hey Glenn,
We offer replacement panels for nearly every model of VW from 1950 to 1992.
Obviously some are special order but we try to keep waiting time to a minimum whereever possible.
Parts and accessories, whether its the necessary items or the shiney accessories.
Rare and hard to find parts.
Wheels, we have a large selection in stock, Raders, Empi style 5's and 8's, BRM's, Flat 4 Enkei and Sprintstars, also the new replica Porsche fuch in the 5x112 pattern.
Seals, whereever possible we source genuine or OE quality from Europe, these may not be the cheapest but they are of the highest quality.
Lens' again we offer repro or genuine Hella.
Our website is nearly there, just waiting for a few additions to be put on.
