Does this mean you'll be cruising in style with a noice chop top in Porsche guards red with whale tail, torana tail lights, flaired guards and sunraysias?
Comb over blowing gently in the summer breeze.......:P

And a big fat arse padded roll bar that sits so high the home made seudo-vinyl top made by mum on the trusty singer won't fit.
Oh and the roll bar has to be covered in old carpet from the shack....:duh

If you don't want a rusty old shitbox, then buy a new beetle. Plastic doesn't rust !

Bought time ya saw the light, well your daughter anyway! I just wonder what it is about these splittys, after PPL have had them for a while they seem to want to sell them. Are they really that bad?

Robo,
I will have to cast my daughter out for buying a beetle, I am sure its only a step on the ladder to greater things, such as a splitty.

Splitty's are that bad!!! drive crap, slow, heavy, wobble all over the road, leak (when you have safaris).
But dont they look the goods !!!

Got it back yesterday, all ready for the road, when it stops raining.
My daughter was giving it a bit of a polish today in between showers
