I have for sale a side draft Weber 45DCOE that I was going to use for a draw through turbo project.
the carby was reconditioned and jetted for an 1835cc.
I also have the manifold to suit a type 3 engine.
will bolt straight on to your 1835cc type 3 engine.
or do what I was planning, and build your own draw through turbo set up.
I know where theres some Garrett T25s going cheap.
Price: $400 ono

hey,
i bought a new bug not long ago.. and it says the engine is an 1870cc engine. on the engine there is sticker saying the engine was built by Bruce Geddes. and it seems a stock carb was put back on this engine.. would this carbie be good for this engine. ? and do i need to buy anything else to put this carb on ?
this carby is jetted for an 1835cc.
it would probably work very well on your 1870cc.
the manifold I have to go with it is to suit a type 3 engine.
you could modify this manifold, or make your own to suit.
