Anyone remember the series of short stories about all kind sof things that happened to a Golf hire car? Was shot in Melbourne and aired on SBS a couple of years ago.

Well I missed most of them, but the whole series is out on DVD.

Got to about episode 12 and there was a green early beetle and I thought... hey that looks like Cheryl Ermels "Locksley" and then didnt give it another thought. Until the credits rolled and I saw thanks to Cheryl & Ermel & "Locksley"!

Thought pretty proud that I could remember a car I saw once a couple of years ago, and only got a glimpse of the front in the movie. :thumb And people say I have a poor memory.

Havent seen an Ermel online for quite some time, what goes on down there?

They are all to flat out playing with their cars and doing other things....they don't come online much if at all now but are at all club meeings and events. They are tireless workers when it comes to the club and their cars.

Cheryl came on the cruise to Mount Macedon today in the Herbie they did up for a film promotion at Northland Cinema...the boys did it all in a weekend I think...painted up a beetle they had sitting around at home 👍
