I have $50 waiting for the first person who can explain, in laymans terms, to me how to changed the theme and logo on a phpBB 2.0.6 powered forum.

You should be able to log in and go into your profile and change it from there....that is if the forum administrator has given a choice of themes. 🙂 The option is called "Board Style" nn[ Edited on 24/7/2005 by hipichic ]

The themes come with the installer, when you unzip it, there are a bag of them (or should be). Thats the default one. But...you can swap that logo on the top easy enough....it's in the silva images folder. just right click the logo and it will tell you the name of it...just find it on the server, make up a new one and then save it as the same name and same size.
I've got that forum running for kids at school for their homework, works well and is realiable, but is a big sucker if you suck in all the themes to store.
I'd not stuff with the theme unless you want to stuff with the config files.....be happy, just swap the logo, it's the content people want not the icons.....
